While the federal No Surprises Act continues to positively impact the patient financial experience, healthcare facilities and providers are struggling to stay on top of the shifting regulatory landscape. Changing regulations, ongoing lawsuits, technology gaps, questions about enforcement, and needs for comprehensive guidance have created significant administrative burdens without achieving the financial stability the Act promised.
